Where is Club Wifi located?

While our internet presence is undeniable, we are located in Brooklyn, NY.

When will my order go out?

Orders go out weekly. This means your order can go out that day or take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

When will my order arrive?

U.S. orders will take 2-10 days for delivery via USPS First Class with tracking.

International orders can take 10-20 days.

What is my tracking number?

For all domestic orders please request a tracking number via the store’s ‘Contact’ section at the bottom of this page.

For internation orders tracking is by request and requires extra arrangements.

Can I return my item?
